Flowers Delivery, Shipping and Returns
We offer delivery to Los Angeles, Glendale, Burbank, North Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Orange County and surrounding areas for extra cost. The final delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery address during the checkout.
REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES For same day orders, we can’t guarantee deliveries at a specific time. However, we will do our best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame. If you need the flowers or the chocolates to be delivered at a specific time please let us know at least 24 hours before.
IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME If the recipient is not home we will contact you by phone to get more instructions. However, if we miss you we may leave the arrangements in a safe place or with a neighbor. If we feel that leaving the item outside is not a good option we will leave a message to arrange a future delivery.
THE RECIPIENT MAY BE CONTACTED Unless you tell us otherwise, we might contact the recipient to confirm the address and to make sure someone will be home.
Márose Flowers and Chocolates ships preserved roses and chocolates overnight by FEDEX. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Delivery date and time is not guaranteed.
SPECIAL EVENTS. For special events, 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required. The remaining balance is due at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
All cancellation requests must be submitted by calling (747) 777-3717 at least 24 hours prior to the delivery or shipping day.
RENTALS: The customer is responsible for the items while in their possession. Fees for the damaged items must be paid by the customer upon receipt.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales at Márose Flowers and Chocolates are final. The only exception would be receiving an item that is defective. Please call us within 12 hours of receiving your order. We might request you to submit a photo of the arrangement to email@example.com
